- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in digital marketing and/or management consulting
- Experience in leading and coaching teams
- Experience in project management, with ability to collaborate with a variety of teams
- Knowledge of online/offline advertising solutions and the media landscape
- Understanding of a range of Google products, with the ability to coach team members on how to implement and optimize them
- Ability to analyze large data and number sets to synthe results, draw conclusions and convert them into business opportunities
